The hotel is located in a prime location adjacent to metro Aluva and is very easy for transit to various places. But the hotel maintenance is pathetic with uncleaned washrooms and smelly room. Smelly rooms: though they used a room freshener and it was better after we opened windows for a while No food: though a lot of options close by Water: local packaged drinking water, if you ask for it No WiFi! Cleaning: floor cleaning done after we asked for it; sticky tables left out since we did not ask for it Polite and quick-to-react staff Not recommended, in short.

No food. No water. No electricity. I had to stay because I can't see other hotel nearby. I spend most of the night without electricity. They don't have power back up. Please, don't opt for this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks for office work. No Drinking water facility, if you ask they will give yellow colour water, it look like drainage water. Room cleaning will be done 2 or 3 times a week only. They wont provide any food, we have search out side. No wifi facility available. For entertainment old fashioned portable TV, even that was also wont work some times. No hot water as well, if you ask continuously 1 hour then only they will on the heaters. They can only arrange Tea / Coffee on request and that too is worst, the road side shop is too good compared to hotel taste. There are other hotels with same price much better than Sunny's. Only advantage we have , its just beside to By-pass. My personal advice to you guys don't prefer this hotel for any reason. You will definitely realise once you stayed in this hotel. I have seen few people left this hotel in first day because of their service. Near by youcan find Hotel Periyaar , its also having same price and good service

We (My wife and myself) had ID proofs of both of us and even , we had our marriage certificate. Inspite of advance reservation , they didn't allow us to stay there. We were forced to search for another room @ 9 pm. Was a terrible and first in life experience for me. Will never suggest this hotel to anybody.
